Matoska Tactical – 7-Day Return Policy

At Matoska Tactical, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials must be included.

The product must be in resellable condition.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Firearms, ammunition, and firearm components

Optics that have been mounted or show wear

Clearance or sale items

Custom special-order items

Apparel that has been worn or washed

Any product damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

3. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return

Step 2: Return Approval

You will receive confirmation and return instructions within 24–48 hours.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Step 3: Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Matoska Tactical is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed. This ensures faster service and accurate stock availability.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

7. Warranty Claims

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled according to the manufacturer’s terms. We will guide you through the process if needed.
